How I got here
I was born and raised in Sugar House and went to Highland High School, then Dixie College and Utah State, where I studied nutrition and food science. I married in 1979 and left school to support my family.
In 1987 my husband was incarcerated for murder and forgery. I was left with four children under six — the youngest was six weeks old. I started a daycare in my home, sold cakes, and took in sewing and ironing to support us. I divorced in 1988.
What I found in the years that followed is that the tragedy of someone else's choices had cracked something open in me. It pointed me toward the work I was meant to do: helping other people move through their own trauma, find their purpose, and build the life they actually want.
I started training in 1997 and haven't stopped. Along the way I integrated Palmtherapy, hypnosis, and Reiki into one process that helps clients release and clear an emotional barrier quickly — often in a single session. Since 2024, combined with my Napoleon Hill Institute training, that process also gives people a framework for building what they want next.
A note on family
I have four children, three living, and thirteen grandchildren, twelve living. I live in Millcreek, Utah, and see clients in Murray.
The documentary
Some visitors arrive here having seen the Netflix documentary Murder Among the Mormons. I'm happy to talk about it. It isn't the centre of my life or my practice, but it is part of how I got here.
