Light and sound devices work by flashing light. If you have epilepsy, a seizure disorder, or any photosensitive condition, talk to your physician before using one. The same goes if you are pregnant, wear a pacemaker, or are being treated for a neurological condition.

The Minds Eye holds far more sessions and comes with two classes rather than one. The Galaxy is simpler and cheaper, and runs a very long time on ordinary batteries. Try both at the demo and see which you reach for.
The classes matter
Both devices come with class time included, because the pre-sets are only the starting point. Building your own programmes is where people get the most out of them.
